- Diseñe soluciones que cumplan con los requisitos comerciales y se alineen con las mejores prácticas de la industria.
- Elaboración de ofertas técnica y Económicas alienadas a las necesidades de los clientes.
- Desarrollar y mantener marcos, estándares y directrices de arquitectura de DWP.
- Colaborar con los equipos de DWP y operaciones para garantizar la implementación y operación exitosa de aplicaciones y servicios basados en la nube.
- Evaluar y recomendar tecnologías, herramientas y servicios para optimizar el rendimiento, la escalabilidad y la rentabilidad.
- Implementar medidas de seguridad para proteger las aplicaciones y los datos basados en la nube.
- Proporcionar orientación técnica y soporte a los equipos de operaciones.
- Manténgase actualizado con las últimas tendencias y avances en tecnologías de computación.

**Requisitos y calificaciones**

**Requisitos**:

- Licenciatura en informática, tecnología de la información o un campo relacionado
- Experiência comprobada como Presales en DWP o puesto similar.
- Gran conocimiento de las tecnologías de computación, herramientas ITSM, Mesa de Servicio, Soporte en sitio, SaaS, Deseable conocimiento en AWS, Azure o Google Cloud Platform.
- Experiência en diseño e implementación de servicios de Digital Worlplace.
- Familiaridad con las prácticas de ITIL.
- Excelentes habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas.
- Fuertes habilidades de comunicación y colaboración.
- Capacidad para trabajar eficazmente en un entorno dinámico y de ritmo rápido.
