We are looking for a vacancy:
Collection Team Lead

Academic studies:
Business Administration Career, Associate degree in business from an accredited college of university preferred.

Work Experience:
3 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Accounts receivable experience is a plus.

Knowledge and skills:
Provides support, feedback and guidance concerning daily operations and collection activity to the collection team, establishes, reviews and uptades collection processes and operating procedures, identifies trends regarding overdue funds or payment issues, determines and implements best processes to rectify issues, handles billing and collection inquiries from internal and external customers.

Schedule availability:

- Flexible schedule.
- Travel
