Leading Manufacturing Company creator exclusive designs and trend-forward canvases has an opportunity for a **Staff Accountant** for it's Tijuana site.

GENERAL SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for maintaining financial records and reports, monthly analysis and reconciliation, journal entries, assisting with budget and month end close processes, conducting internal audits, maintaining accounts payable and receivables and other tasks for multiple business units.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles, company products, policies, and procedures. Ability to manage, organize, prioritize and complete multiple projects simultaneously. In depth knowledge of NetSuite, Excel, ability to adapt and learn new software and programs, quickly understand and analyze various aspects of the Company and the relationships to the different areas and systems. Propose viable process improvements, ability to seek out problem areas, analyze problems, and propose viable solutions. Pay close attention to detail and maintain confidentiality, maintain an efficient work environment with mínimal supervision and effectively function as a team player. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree in accounting. hree years of relevant experience, must have in-depth knowledge of Excel, NetSuite and general ledger. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, ability to exercise sound and logical judgement in various situations. Visible and recognized expertise in financial systems, including general ledger, working knowledge of GAAP, financial statement preparation, inventory management, financial statement presentation, budgeting, accounts payable and receivable. Highly organized and detail oriented. Advanced English level
