**Location**: Monterrey, N.L. (Hybrid: 12 days per week in office)

We are currently seeking a**Delivery Manager**to join our team in Monterrey, ideally in a hybrid work model (12 days in-office).

**Role Objective**

Ensure that solutions designed and sold to clients are**technically feasible, aligned with business needs, and properly implemented**by the operations team. This role acts as a bridge between**sales, operations, and the client**, providing technical vision, clarity on deliverables, and strategic follow-up for each project.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Participate in technical discovery sessions with both prospective and existing clients.
- Design**modern data architectures**using tools such as**Snowflake, Fivetran, Tableau, dbt**, and others.
- Validate the technical feasibility of proposals generated by the sales team.
- Document technical scope and collaborate in creating clear, achievable**Statements of Work (SOWs)**.
- Support consultants during key project executions as a technical and functional reference point.
- Act as a high-level client liaison, identifying risks, opportunities, and deviations.
- Align the operations team with client goals and expectations.
- Support the commercial area with**pre-sales technical processes**and effort estimations.

**Required Profile**
- Minimum**5 years of experience**in Business Intelligence, data integration, or modern data stack projects.
- Technical and functional knowledge of:

- ** Snowflake, Fivetran, dbt**:

- ** Tableau, Power BI**:

- ** Azure Data Factory**or other orchestrators
- Ability to lead both**technical and executive-level meetings**with clients.
- Strong communication skills, structured thinking, and client-oriented mindset.
- Previous experience as a**Senior Consultant, Data Architect, or Technical Lead**is highly desirable.
