**Job Description** About Job**

Accountable for delivering effective tech tools to enable Panel Management & Auditor-supported data collection. Serve regional panel PL(Product Leader Ship) and Operations teams as internal clients, enable quality, panelist-centric data collection methods. Lead cross-functional teams (Tech, Dsci, Product Leader Ship (PL), Ops) to design, develop, deploy tech enhancements.

**Responsibilities**
- Identify system features & performance gaps to enhance
- Facilitate PI (Product Incremental) planning process
- Assess enhancements & change requests
- Writing and delivering requirements to the Technology teams for solutions in scope
- Approve solution design, review prototypes to guide on time and accurate delivery
- Coordinating UAT (User Attendance Testing) (global)
- Maintaining system release communications, documenting and maintaining operational processes and training materials tied to the solution. Manage early stages of deployment / hypercare (monitoring period post
- deployment)

**Qualifications**
- 3+ years of work experience, ideally in implementing new process and technologies
- Fluent in Business English
- Ability to engage, develop and develop talent
- Good understanding of process and operational metrics
- Technically savvy to work on analytical tools
- Highly effective communication skills matched with good presentation and influencing skills
- Ability to operate effectively with high energy and flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly
- Result oriented with aptitude for continuous process improvements
- Business acumen
- Attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
