**Position Title**:
IT Applications Development/Support Specialist

Salaried Full-Time

Queretaro

**The Job You Will Perform**:

- **Collaborate and Connect**: Build strong relationships with other IT teams and stakeholders.
- **Document and Improve**: Keep detailed records of developed code and processes, ensuring continuous improvement.
- **Test and Validate**: Perform unit testing and understand system integration testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- **Exceed Expectations**: Consistently meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics.
- **Support and Resolve**: Provide 24x7 IT incident resolution and management services, minimizing impact and cost.
- **Deliver Excellent Service**: Demonstrate top-notch customer service skills, remaining calm under pressure and adaptable to change.
- **Research and Troubleshoot**: Conduct research, troubleshoot problems, and provide analytical solutions.

**The Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge You Will Bring**:

- **Knowledge of multiple IT systems and platforms.**:

- **Understanding of development processes.**:

- **Bachelor’s degree in IT-related field or equivalent experience.**:

- **0-3 years of IT experience or equivalent.**:

- **Advanced level of English.**:

- **Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Visual Basic, C#, SQL, Crystal Reports, and HTML.**:

- **Ability to work on preplanned projects and tasks, basic understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle, and exposure to the Project Delivery Process.**
