**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
- Troubleshooting by identifying failures, adjusting software, attending tests in the customer field (on land and sea) and understand what impact alterations and or failures have in the entire chain of connected and communicating systems.
- Testing of installations according to instructions and expected performance requirements.
- Participating in improvement of new products when performing warranty activities.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction with job performance as well as through positive communications with customers.
- Following all regulations, policies, work procedures & instructions and off course the preparation of service reports.

**Background & Skills**-
- Bachelor or a master’s in electrical engineering or the equivalent of such in working experience; At least 3 years of previous experience of working with similar tasks is required.
- Technical problem-solving skills and understanding of electrical drawings and documents.
- Team player with a positive mind-set and desire to learn new things, be customer oriented, able to cope with stressful environments on-site with clients.
- Organized ways of working and great communicational skills.
- We also appreciate if you have experience in programming, automation or controls but it is not mandatory to master these.
