**AMADA DE MEXICO****Job Title**: Service Engineer **Status**:Employee**Department**:Service **Location**: Monterrey NL, MX**Position Summary**To install and service Amada Lasers, Punch Press, Press Brakes, Shears, and other general fabricating machines including automated material loading, unloading and transfer devices at Customer facilities.**Essential Functions**- Proficient in trouble shooting mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.- To precisely follow layout drawings and blueprints used in the installation of equipment.- To complete status reports on a daily basis and expense reports on a weekly basis.- To maintain good customer relations and follow through.- To manage the total equipment installation process at Customer site.- Develops other related duties, as assigned by management.**Non-Essential Functions****Reporting Relationship**- Regional Service Manager- Area Service Manager**Subordinate Staff**- None**Knowledge**- A four (4) year degree in Electronics or a minimum of a two (2) year degree with related work experience is preferred.**Skills**- Ability to analyze and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, optical, and electrical systems.- Ability to use hand tools, Volt/Ohm meter and Oscilloscope.- Working knowledge of computers and Windows OS.- Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings.- Ability to communicate in the English language.- Ability to maintain a professional appearance and be organized.**Travel**- Routine travel within assigned territories with over night stays, as required.**Mental**- Ability to work harmoniously with others.- Ability to accept and follow instructions.- Ability to maintain a positive attitude.- Ability to work alone and without direct supervision.**Working conditions**- Lifting: Average weight 25 lbs.- Frequency: Daily- Requires ability to bend, lift, stoop, reach, stand, crawl, and climb.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoHorario:- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Días por enfermedad- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de vida- Teléfono de la empresa- Uniformes gratuitosTipos de compensaciones:- Bono anual- Bono mensual
