**Title: Employee Resources Agent**
**Shift time: Monday to Friday - 8:00 am to 5:00 pm**
**Salary: $14,700 mil pesos mxn brutos.**
**Location: Chihuahua, Chihuahua.**
**Job description**:
This position serves as the account team wide receiver fielding anything and everything with the primary function of client employee customer service. This role investigates and resolves requests or triages it to the appropriate team member. Requests include payroll, time and attendance, HR technology, benefits, and other questions.
**Responsabilities**:
Employee Helpline | Assists client employees with the following duties: Receive and screen confidential telephone calls. Triage questions, concerns to the designated escalation point (supervisor, account manager, HR, etc.) Route documents received to the appropriate parties (workers compensation claims forms, LOA, etc.) PTO questions, direct deposit questions, paystub questions, benefit enrollments, benefit questions (ID cards, deductions) Troubleshoot and assist with system password changes and login information. HR Operations Support Participate in and track progress of special departmental projects. Complete verbal Employment Verifications. Provide assistance and support on difficult assignments and/or problems, as directed.
