**Customer service Agent (with sales experience is a big plus)**
Sueldo bruto mensual**:17,000 MXN + comisiones.**
**Shift days, hours and time zone**:
5 dias laborados mas 2 dias de descanso(1 dia off entre semana y otro el fin de semana no consecutivos).
Franja horaria de 8:30 am a 7:30 pm CST, turnos de 9 horas (incluyendo lunch)
**Job description**: Inbound calls for catalog sales. o Provide excellent customer service to retain and attract new customers. o Be available on the phones for 82% of the shift. o Rebuttal 3 times to show the value of the Membership program.
El cliente maneja una estructura de comisiones que es 1 dolar por hora trabajada si alcanzan el KPI de Close rate (70%) y paga 1 dolar por la venta de membresias. Esto basado en el desempeño del mes. En promedio los agentes se estan haciendo entre 230 y 260 dolares al mes.
**Responsabilities**:o Meet 7 key performance indicators (KPIs). o Achieve a membership close rate goal of 42%. o Maintain a replacement guarantee rate of 25%. o Promote and sell Private Vault items (2.0% goal). o Maintain a close rate of 72%. o Achieve an average dollar per call of $85.00.
