The Position.

We are looking for the next game changer to join the team as a Senior Recruiter. You will be working remotely, you can be located anywhere in LATAM.

**Requisitos**:

- ️Who are you?

We are looking for a person who wants to be the protagonist of their career and who wants to generate positive impacts and transformations around them
- Degree in human resources, business administration, industrial engineering, psychology or related.
- 4 years of experience in Tech and Digital recruiting
- Advanced English
- Knowledge of ATS
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter
- Leadership skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Analytical skills.
- Problem solving skills.
- Proactive nature.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities.
- Responsible for the recruitment process for clients.
- Design and implement recruitment strategies.
- Perform validation of profiles.
- Select profiles that best fit the requested requirements.
- Use of the selection tracking system (ATS).
