We are currently seeking a Transition Manager to join our team in CDMX, Ciudad de México (MX-CMX), Mexico (MX).

**Transition Manager Responsibilities**:

- Coordinating transition activity, covering aspects such as financial, technological, operational, and governance changes.
- Analyzing any internal requests for changes and consulting with management to deny or approve the proposed changes.
- Creating transitional plans and documents to outline project expectations, scope, schedule, and budget requirements.
- Conducting workshops to provide staff members with information on any major changes, new financial protocols, policies etc.
- Ensuring that transitions are planned and carried out in a timely manner and within budget.
- Establishing and ensuring that appropriate TTM processes are used/followed (such as reporting, risk management, lessons learned, quality, escalating, communications )
- Ensure products and services are delivered within the Transition and Transformation within schedule, scope and budget and meet the required level of quality
- Conversant with service management and delivery best practices
- Knowledge of IT structure and functions within the Orgn and the services and product set
- Broad understanding of Technology strategy, design and business direction
- Facilitate service-related issue resolution and risk mitigation throughout the project lifecycle
- Understanding of business area risk and the Technology area risk for the transition
- Keeping all parties involved with the transition updated on its progress.
- Spotting any transition-related issues and creating effective solutions to resolve them swiftly.
- Providing company-wide guidance during unplanned changes.
- Ensure appropriate reporting and analysis via KPI's and metrics using ServiceNow or as defined.

**Transition Manager Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, finance, or a similar field.
- At least 5-7 years' experience in transition management.
- Solid knowledge of transition management software, such as XenonRTM and Jira.
- Expertise in project management, as well as transition documentation, tools, and templates.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent managerial skills.
