**What you will be doing**:

- Administer Arrow LATAM's benefit programs, including but not limited to medical, life, vouchers, time off, and wellbeing/EAP.
- Ensure benefit program changes are implemented and executed.
- Track and support the insurance renewal process in partnership with the broker, HR, Risk Management, Legal and Finance.
- Monitor broker and vendor relationships to ensure service level standards are met.
- Process benefits-related invoices.
- Support and resolve escalated employee issues using the case management system.
- Support the enhancement of the case management system and the HR service delivery model.
- Support the global C&B team with the implementation and ongoing production support of the benefits system tool in LATAM.
- Partner with Finance to administer Mexico's car benefits.
- Identify process improvements to streamline processes and procedures.
- Engage with benefits team and cross-functional teams within the Americas to support initiatives and special projects.
- Research market data trends and provide recommendations.
- Interpret and implement local policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.

**What are we looking for?**
- Typically requires a 4 year degree and 2-4 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.
- Advanced knowledge in Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Strong project management and analytical skills and attention to details.
- Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish with the ability to adjust the communication style to match the situation and the environment, and the intended audience.
