Location Requirements Must reside in Tijuana, BC. Language Requirements Exceptional English fluency required, both written and verbal. You would communicate daily with US-based clinic partners (who will assume you are in San Diego); your English must be indistinguishable from a native speaker. Travel Requirements Employment Type Would be hired as an independent contractor; you would issue us biweekly CFDI invoices for services rendered; we then wire your biweekly earnings to your Mexican bank account. Company Overview Legara Servicing provides administrative and operational support to FQHCs, therapists, and psychiatrists who work with underserved patients. By handling critical behind-the-scenes functions, such as billing, contracts, compliance, and scheduling, we enable community clinics and clinicians to focus on patient care, increase efficiency, and expand access to mental health services. Position Summary Essential Responsibilities Serve as the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of 4 behavioral health partner clinics Manage day to day operational needs of assigned clinics, including client communications, scheduling coordination, employee and contractor supervision, compliance follow through, and billing support Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) during designated coverage hours, ensuring professional and responsive client support Serve as the escalation point for clinic level issues, making real time decisions or triaging appropriately to the Executive Assistant or CEO Build and maintain strong relationships with clinic partners, anticipating needs and proactively addressing challenges Collaborate with the CEO, Executive Assistant, and Partner Relationship Owner to identify and implement process improvements and SOP development across the organization Track and manage operational tasks, projects, and clinic deliverables using Luvero project management software; maintain accurate and up to date project records Generate and review weekly operational reports; address opportunities with employees and present findings and recommendations to leadership Coordinate with the Partner Relationship Owner to ensure consistency and quality service and care across all client clinics Lead onboarding of new partner clinics, provide operational training, and troubleshoot minor technical issues Represent Legara with professionalism and strict confidentiality in all client-facing communications Maintain company records and documentation in accordance with established retention policies Travel to San Diego for company meetings and events (3x-5x per year) Required Skills & Qualifications 3+ years of management experience, preferably in a services based organization Demonstrated experience independently managing client or partner relationships Strong leadership and decision making skills; ability to act with confidence and without close supervision Proficiency with project management tools (Asana or equivalent) Mac/Apple proficiency with multiple years of experience strongly preferred Comfort with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Grok, Claude, or similar Excellent verbal and written communication skills Highly organized with strong multitasking ability Professional, discreet, and deeply client focused Accountable, self aware, and honest Reliable high speed internet connection and dedicated, distraction free home workspace Willingness to travel occasionally to San Diego Ideal Skills & Qualifications Experience with general healthcare, behavioral health, or health insurance Technology onboarding and training Experience working closely with C-suite executives

Our team is fully remote Pay: salary of 552,000 MXN
- 745,200 MXN, Commensurate with experience Schedule: 8:00 AM
