**Position requirements**:

- Advanced English required, verbal and written.
- Minimum education: University with a Bachelor's degree in Administration, International Trade or other related fields.
- Preferred previous experience as Administrative Assistant or similar positions.
- Preferred previous experience with Epicor ERP or similar systems.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.

**Job responsibilities**:

- Contribute to commercial and administrative management.
- Support clients effectively and professionally.
- Prepare reports and follow up on orders.
- Coordinate shipments and transit of materials until their arrival with the client.
- Manage and update internal database according to the internal ERP system.
- Collaborate in sales logistics and product distribution.
- Contribute to other tasks specific to the area, within the framework of their responsibilities and abilities.
- This position requires interaction with both US and MX sales engineers and customers.

Sueldo: $12,000.00 - $17,000.00 al mes

Horario:

- Turno de 8 horas
