**Conocimientos requeridos**
- Metodologías de mejora continua: principios de Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S y estandarización de procesos.
- Mapeo de procesos: análisis del flujo de valor (VSM), identificación de cuellos de botella y propuestas de mejora.
- Herramientas de ingeniería industrial: balanceo de líneas, diagramas de flujo, estudio de tiempos y movimientos.
- Gestión visual: uso de tableros de indicadores, formatos de auditoría y presentaciones visuales.
- Análisis de datos: manejo de Excel (tablas dinámicas, gráficos, análisis de tendencias) y software de diseño (Visio, AutoCAD, SolidWorks o similares, deseable).
- Documentación técnica: elaboración de formatos, hojas de verificación, instrucciones visuales y reportes Kaizen.

**Habilidades**
- Pensamiento analítico: capacidad para observar procesos, identificar desperdicios y proponer soluciones prácticas.
- Organización y planificación: seguimiento de actividades 5S, control de auditorías y registro de evidencias.
- Comunicación efectiva: transmitir hallazgos y propuestas de mejora de manera clara y profesional.
- Trabajo en equipo.
- Actitud proactiva: disposición para aprender, participar y proponer mejoras.
- Orientación a resultados: enfoque en cumplir objetivos de productividad, orden y limpieza
