Summary

We are currently looking for a Talent & Learning Specialist to join Market Area North & Central America’s HR team.

We offer you an exciting opportunity to work as part of a small team and take an active role in shaping the talent and developmet function for the region You will work together with the Talent & Learning Manager on various projects and initiatives, across multiple countries, with a variety of stakeholders from across the company.

Your key accountabilities and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Lead or participate in various talent, learning and communication projects and campaigns

Identify and execute individual learning initiatives that facilitate employee development

Execute all aspects of learning programs, including needs analysis, design of inhouse programs, development, delivery, and evaluation

Provide managers, employees, and HR colleagues with guidance and advise on various talent & learning topics

Perform research and analysis in area of specialism to continuously improve ways of working

Responsible for day-to-day communication activities, messaging, and communication tools (Boulevard, Pardot etc.)

Responsible for compliance training, including driving completion, reporting and new hire assignments

Create and curate learning content, as per business needs

Key user of our Learning Management System

**Required skills and competencies**:
To be successful in this role you will already have some experience within the talent and learning field. You will have both designed and delivered learning initiatives using different methods, and you are full of ideas on how we can best provide value to the business. You are not afraid to suggest, explore, and test new approaches, tools, and ideas. You have a genuine interest in understanding human behavioral science and what makes people thrive and learn.

**The key requirements are**:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Administration, Communication, or related field

2 years of experience in Learning and Development, HR, Communications, Employee Engagement areas

An interest in human behavioural science/ adult education, combined with an appetite to continuously learn and stay up to date with industry trends

Resourcefulness and a solution focused, can-do attitude couple with an eagerness to suggest and explore new approaches and ideas

Good presentation, training, and facilitation skills

Excellent written communication skills in English (French and Spanish are an asset)

Aptitude for learning and understanding new technologies and tools

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite tools (especially PowerPoint)
