With currently around 36,500 employees at over 125 locations, the Company is active worldwide and generated adjusted sales of €8.1 billion in fiscal year 2024.**YOUR TASKS**We are looking for a strategic Talent Attraction Partner to lead and elevate the recruitment efforts for both white-collar and blue-collar roles at our plant. This role goes beyond traditional recruiting—it’s about building strong partnerships with business leaders, understanding workforce needs, and designing talent strategies that support long-term organizational goals.- Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, aligning talent acquisition efforts with business priorities and workforce planning.- Design and execute tailored sourcing strategies to attract top talent across operational and professional roles.- Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new hires.**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**- Experience recruiting for both blue-collar and white-collar roles in a manufacturing or plant environment.- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.- Fluent in English (spoken and written)**Isabella Lemmen Meyer
