**Job Title: Accounting / Bookkeeping Assistant**

**Job Title**: Accounting / Bookkeeping Assistant

**Type of Position**:Full Time

**Hours**:Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm local time

**Job Duties**:

- **Quickbooks is required to be considered for this position**:

- Data entry
- Pay bills and enter credits/journal entries/new vendors
- Monthly reconciliation of accounts
- Filing and organizing
- Assisting with forensic accounting
- Assisting office manager with miscellaneous projects
- Help with accounts receivable and collections accounts
- Calendaring and scheduling payments
- Assist with miscellaneous projects around the office

**Job Requirements**:

- Prior customer service experience for USA companies is helpful but not necessary; at least 1 year of USA accounting experience is required
- At least 1 year of professional Quickbooks experience required (desktop or online)
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Computer Literacy, WPM of 60+
- Bilingual in English required

Pay: $12,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month
