About the role:
The **HR Operations Intern** will be responsible of the daily client support for HR related needs of the employees. Also, the person will be involved in administration processes and collaborate with the rest of the HR team in initiatives/projects.

**Location: Monterrey, NL**

**Time Availability: 4-5 hours daily**

What you need:

- Current student of Psychology, Administration, or related degrees. With at least 12 months pior to graduation date
- English - Conversational level.
- Previous experience is not required.
- Strong oral and written communication skills in Spanish and English
- Teamwork and collaborative attitude.
- Ability to multitask.
- Highly responsible and proactive attitude.
- Excel (Intermediate)

What you will be doing:

- Birthday and anniversary celebrations.
- Kronos administration.
- Access badges administration.
- Monthly update of Organizational charts.
- Invoice administration by making sure received invoices are send to finance with the correspondent approval on time and ask for payment confirmation.
- Informal point of contact for interns (buddy)
- Car insurance administration.
