We are seeking an experienced **Google Ads Expert** with a strong background in **B2B marketing** to help drive targeted lead generation and maximize advertising ROI.

**Position Overview**
The **Google Ads Expert** will be responsible for strategizing, implementing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns to generate high-quality leads for BilliMD’s services. This individual should have **at least five years of experience**managing Google Ads for B2B businesses, demonstrating a strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and refine campaign strategies for maximum effectiveness.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Google Ads Strategy & Management**:

- Develop, execute, and manage **high-performing Google Ads campaigns** to drive **B2B lead generation**.
- Conduct **keyword research, audience segmentation, and bid strategy optimization** to ensure cost-effective conversions.
- Implement **remarketing and retargeting strategies** to re-engage potential leads.
- **Campaign Analysis & Optimization**:

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize **CTR, CPC, and conversion rates**.
- Conduct **A/B testing** on ad creatives, landing pages, and messaging to identify high-performing elements.
- Ensure proper tracking and reporting by setting up **Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and conversion tracking**.
- **Market Research & Competitive Analysis**:

- Stay updated with the latest **Google Ads trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices**.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Research and implement **new campaign strategies** based on market trends and performance insights.
- **Collaboration & Reporting**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure **ad campaigns align with overall business goals**.
- Provide **detailed reports on campaign performance**, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to present **data-driven results and strategic recommendations**.

**Required Qualifications**
- Minimum of **five years of experience** managing Google Ads for **B2B marketing** campaigns.
- Strong **analytical skills** with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Proven ability to **optimize ad spend** and improve **lead generation metrics**.
- Experience with **Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Data Studio**.
- Strong understanding of **landing page optimization** and conversion funnel strategies.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a **remote work environment**.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
- MUST BE FLUENT IN ENGLISH

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in the **healthcare or software industry** is a plus.
- Familiarity with **other paid advertising platforms** such as LinkedIn Ads and Facebook Ads.
- Knowledge of **SEO and content marketing strategies**.

Pay: $55,230.00 - $60,076.00 per year
