At **DashClicks**, the world’s leading white-label marketing software company trusted by 30,000+ agencies worldwide, you’ll be at the heart of our paid ads success — balancing **expert campaign execution, strategic leadership, and client satisfaction**.**What You’ll Do**:- Build, launch, and optimize Google Search, Display, Video, Performance Max, and other Google Ad campaign types across multiple industries.- Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.- Write and A/B test compelling ad copy that drives conversions.- Manage budgets to maximize ROI and scalability.- Track and analyze KPIs to improve performance and efficiency.- Implement advanced strategies — automation, scripts, A/B testing, and audience segmentation.- Produce and present clear performance reports for management and clients.- Mentor the paid ads team to ensure best practices and high-quality execution.- Develop SOPs and workflows for consistent, scalable delivery.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SEO, content, creative) for integrated marketing strategies.- Act as a key point of contact for priority clients — presenting strategies, results, and recommendations.- Work independently using the company’s project management tool to track tasks, meet deadlines, and ensure smooth workflow.- Stay ahead of industry updates, platform changes, and emerging ad technologies.**What We’re Looking For**:- 5+ years managing small to high-budget Google Ads campaigns with measurable results.- 2+ years in a role with partial leadership/team responsibilities.- Expert-level understanding of Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), GTM, conversion tracking, and PPC trends.- Strong English proficiency (Spanish/Portuguese is a plus).- Proven track record of presenting strategies and results to clients in a compelling way.- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategy.- Experience creating and refining operational workflows for paid media teams.- Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.**Things that make us the World’s leading white-label marketing software development company**:- We do not outsource any of our fulfillment services.- We offer a fully white-labeled dashboard allowing our users’ clients to log in and see their accounts’ progress.- We offer educational and prospecting tools to help businesses generate growth and revenue.**What do we bring to the table?**- Competitive base pay and benefits package with exciting growth plans.- A chance to work with professionals across various areas of expertise on a product loved by 30,000+ marketing agencies worldwide.- 8 hours a day & 5 days a week working structure.- A chance to learn & grow in a fast-paced environment, driving transformational growth for our brand.- This job can be searched as Facebook Ads, Performance Marketing, META Ads, Paid Ads Jobs._Pay: $150.00 - $238.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekApplication Question(s):- How many years of work experience do you have with Google Ads?- This role requires working 9:00 AM-5:30 PM Eastern Time.
