**Role At A Glance**:
As a Senior Program Manager, you'll be part of the Enterprise Solutions team at Yaydoo and will serve as the operational backbone for the successful delivery of tailor-made technology solutions. This role works side by side with the Enterprise Director to ensure project execution is timely, scalable, and aligned with both client needs and internal development capacity.

You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operational flow across multiple enterprise initiatives, bringing structure, visibility, and technical coordination to a lean and agile team. The role requires a solid understanding of payment systems and software delivery cycles.

**What you'll do**:
The following are the primary responsibilities for this role. However, they may evolve or expand as the individual grows in the role and as the company adapts to new opportunities and challenges. Any adjustments will be communicated in advance.
- Coordinate the delivery of custom enterprise technology solutions, ensuring alignment on goals, timelines, and available resources.
- Act as the main operational partner to the Enterprise Director, enabling execution, visibility, and accountability across multiple high-impact projects.
- Drive visibility through structured documentation, meeting recaps, and daily standups that keep all stakeholders informed and engaged.
- Understand and monitor payment and operational flows at a technical level, including transaction logic, integration with APIs, and regional payment nuances across Latin America.
- Maintain real-time tracking of team and project performance using tools like Google Sheets, SQL, Metabase, or similar dashboards.
- Build and maintain organized workflows in JIRA and ensure documentation of key decisions, dependencies, and escalations.
- Identify potential risks, technical blockers, or resourcing gaps early, and escalate when needed to maintain project continuity.
- Design and refine internal workflows, integrating automation and tools (GPT, Google Scripts, APIs, n8n) to streamline operations and reduce manual effort.
- Promote a culture of ownership, structure, and agile delivery within a small but high-impact development team.

**Requirements**:
Ideal experience for this role can be gained through a combination of professional career, educational background, certifications, or relevant projects.
- Professional Background: 5-7 years of experience in operations, project management, or business analysis.
- Highly organized, prioritizes efficiency, and process-driven scalable solutions.
- Technical level understanding of financial and payment-related processes.
- Strong presentational skills and ability to convey updates clearly across diverse audiences.
- Proficient in SQL with the ability to create clear, structured, automated reports.
- Strong communicator with attention to detail and comfort managing competing priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to implement and manage AI tools and integrations.
