We look for **Bilingual Paralegals (Spanish/English)**

Paralegals support other legal professionals. Duties typically involve preparing legal documents, research, admin, providing quotes to clients, interviewing clients and witnesses, giving clients legal information, going to court, and handling a caseload of clients

**Responsibilities**:

- Draft and file documents in court
- Request medical bill/records
- Prepare notices and schedule depositions
- Write demand letters
- Write letters of representations and motions
- Coordinate with opposing counsels and medical practitioners
- Sort documents in case folders
- Create a record chart and record summary for each client case
- Draft pleadings and petitions
- Draft Petitions and Discovery

**Qualifications**:

- A Bachelor’s degree is required; Law graduate or currently in Law School
- With a solid knowledge of legal terminology, legal procedure, and substantive law
- Understands the principles of legal writing
- Knowledge of attorney-client relationships applicable to the performance of major duties and responsibilities of the position
- Master skills in basic principles, concepts, and methodology of legal proceedings and legal research
- Excellent English oral and written communication skills
- Has exceptional organizational skills and is able to multi-task
- Ability to work with databases and online technological platforms
- Ability to be detail-oriented, diligent, and flexible
- Ability to handle conflicting time demands and focus on task completion with little direction or need for supervisory follow-up
- Ability to work and maintain patience with diversified individuals of various backgrounds and professional competencies
- Committed to maintaining integrity and confidentiality on behalf of the company, the firm, and its clients
- **Willing to work under Pacific Standard Time schedule**
**What we offer**:

- Permanent and Stable WFH employment
- **Starting **hourly rate is **$6** to **$7** based on skills and experience.
- **Merit Increase **on the 6th month of employment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $126.00 - $146.00 per hour
