TotalCare is a fast-growing medical clinic in Southern California. We are looking for a bilingual Spanish/English call center agent to assist with answering phone calls from our patients. No medical experience is required. Work from the convenience of your home while helping patients receive better healthcare**Job qualifications**High school graduateFluent in spoken and written English and SpanishQuiet home office work environmentChoose between 2 schedules: Mon-Fri 8:30am-5pm OR 4 days a week (longer shifts)Computer with a Chrome browser and a headsetFast and reliable internet connection and electricity1-2 years of customer service experience preferred**Roles and Responsbilities**You will be assisting patients over the phone with:Scheduling appointmentsChecking for lab resultsLooking up authorizationsGeneral clinic informationPay: $12,000.00 - $15,000.00 per monthCOVID-19 considerations:This position is fully remote**Education**:- High school or equivalent (required)**Experience**:- customer service: 2 years (preferred)**Language**:- English and Spanish fluently (required)
