**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
**THIS IS WHAT YOU’LL DO**:
We are recruiting a Scrum Master to join our Data, Analytics & AI group.

As a Scrum Master you own end to end delivery of Analytics products. You are responsible for project planning and execution within the project scope and timeline. You will coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups, prepare status reporting. In small and medium size projects you manage budget and resource but for large projects we follow Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).

You will work with Product Owners to handle backlogs and new requests making sure Business Analytics / Insight Analysts prepare user stories for refinement sessions in a timely manner. You will help build a productive environment where team members own the product and enjoy working on it. You ensure estimates are captured and you provide guidance to the team in assigning story points and to split the tasks to be achievable in a single sprint. You will maintain JIRA board and plan sprints with sprint pre-planning and backlog refinement sessions. You ensure cross-team dependencies are well-understood. You identify, document, communicate and publish risks and issues related to the overall project and define resolution paths; You will resolve cross-team impediments and blocking issues; Maintain relevant metrics that guide the development team to more efficient processes in their work and in satisfying their Product Owner and collaborators; Encourage team accountability, self-organization, and empowerment. You will calculate team velocity and other metrics for each sprint. You will host review and demonstration meetings at the end of each sprint.

**Essential Skills and Requirements**:

- 4+ years’ experience in managing Analytics or Software development projects using Agile frameworks.
- Scrum or SAFe Agile Certification.
- Background in software delivery and detailed knowledge of the SDLC.
- Extensive experience in using reporting tools such as Jira to make data driven suggestions to track and demonstrate improvements.
- Experience of working with complex integrated systems, using creative and strategic thinking to deliver exceptional results.
- Experience in managing and coordinating production deployment of analytics products.
- Experience with PowerBI, Qlik sense, Data Engineering, cloud engineering in Snowflake or AWS.
- A proven track record of delivering results.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, presenting skills and fluent English.
- Excellent influencing, networking and team working skills.
- Able to manage expectations and lead negotiations across complex multiple IT groups.
- Expert in relationship building skills with the ability to influence others to achieve objectives.
- Expertise in planning, change management and problem solving and able to resolve issues of a highly complex and strategic nature.
- Ability to work well in and across diverse global teams in a matrix organization.
- Educated to degree level standard or equivalent.

**Desirable**:

- Experience with SAFe.
- Experience with SAP
- Formal certification in Project Management.
- High level awareness of developments in the Analytics & Engineering marketplace

- Other projects to manage interdependencies and reduce or eliminate risks.
- Architecture leaders in the development of technical strategies and blueprints
