Senior Accountant

**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP for multiple businesses.
- Have the ability to analyze payables and receivables and report metrics to management.
- Preparing payroll and taxation for employees and posting payroll transaction in accounting software.
- Perform financial auditing to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Utilize QuickBooks for bookkeeping and financial management.
- Review expenses and sales tax to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Provide insights on financial performance to support strategic planning.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Tracking and maintaining company due dates for payments.
- Prepare financials for reporting to Management, Banks, and Tax authorities.
- Filing Taxation for S / C Corp. and LLC with the IRS.
- Able to file extension with IRS and responses to IRS notices.
- Prepare and post journal entries.
- Prepare and analyze reconciliations.
- Other duties assigned.

**Experience**
- Proven experience as a Senior Accountant or similar role within a finance department.
- Accounting experience in multiple business.
- Strong knowledge of governmental accounting practices is preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks.
- Familiarity with financial auditing processes and standard.
- Excellent financial acumen with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Able to manage teams.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in accounting is required.

**Education**
- Minimum Bachelors/master’s in accounting.
- Professional Certification
