We have manufacturing facilities in the Bay Area, California, Guadalajara, Mexico and Penang, Malaysia.**General Job Description**:The role of the Controller/Senior Accountant is an integral part of the Business Office responsible for financial accounting, analysis and reporting. The Controller oversees the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions as well as audit, budgeting and payroll. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. The Controller will work closely with the US Finance team.**Duties & Responsibilities**:- Assess and evaluate the financial performance of the organization with respect to company's goals, budgets, and forecasts, and provide analysis.- Directs the installation and maintenance of accounting records to show receipts and expenditures.- Prepares statements and reports of estimated future cots and revenues.- Directs the maintenance of general and subsidiary ledgers, accounts receivable, revenue distribution, depreciation, cost, property, operation expenses, and insurance records.- Directs audits with independent auditors and regulatory agencies.**Education, Training & Experience**:- Bachelor's or graduate degree/certification in Finance/Accounting; CPA/MBA preferred.- 5-10 years' experience as a financial manager required.**Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities**:- Advanced experience with Microsoft Office, ERP, payroll system- Strong problem solving sills- Attention to detail- Organization and project management- **Must speak English fluently.**Ability to commute/relocate:- El Salto, Jal.: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)Work Location: In person
