**Summary of This Role**

Ejecutar procesos operativos para la recuperación de equipos TPV en coordinación con áreas internas y proveedores logísticos. Monitorear y dar seguimiento a solicitudes de retiro generadas por cancelaciones por inactividad. Apoyar en la elaboración de reportes de avance e incidencias relacionadas con el proceso de recuperación. Colaborar con otras áreas del equipo Lifecycle para asegurar una correcta trazabilidad del equipo. Comunicación con los comercios en el proceso de recuperación de equipos

**What Part Will You Play?**:

- Actividades de la posiciòn Lifecycle support Recepción y validación de solicitudes de devolución de equipos por parte de clientes para no generar un cobro (cancelación por inactividad). Seguimiento puntual al proceso de recolección, desde la generación de la orden hasta la entrega en almacén. Registro y actualización del estatus de cada recepción de equipo. Comunicación con el cliente para confirmar direcciones, resolver dudas o confirmar recepción de equipos. Elaboración de reportes semanales

**Minimum Qualifications**
- 4-Yr Secondary Education (Bachelor's Degree) - Relevant Experience in Lieu of a Degree will be Considered
- Typically No Related Experience Required
