** Costs.** In charge of the analysis, validation and monitoring of the closing process (production, consumption, inventories, etc.). Review and analysis of deviations due to consumption and cost, as well as the reconciliation of cost accounts and production inventories. Integration and monitoring of deviations due to consumption and explanations to the Manufacturing Cost.
- ** Inventories.** Responsible for generation and administration of annual program of physical inventory counts, as well as the coordination, supervision and realization of physical inventories, according to the program.
- ** Fixed Assets.** Administration, control and performance of inspections, as well as custody and delivery of supporting documentation for closures of Projects and Permits (Additions, Deregistrations, Transfers). Generation, coordination, supervision and monthly administration of the annual program of physical taking of revolving inventories of Fixed Assets, as well as the realization of the same.
- ** Various.** Collaboration in the follow-up and fulfillment of Legal Obligations. Study, dissemination and updating of Procedures. Monitoring and interaction with personnel involved in Closing processes. Follow-up and attention to internal requirements (Plant Management, Production, etc.) and external requirements (audit, government dependencies, etc.).
**Skills**:
- Bachelor of Accounting or Finance.
- Written and verbal English communication.
- Three years of experience in a similar position.
- Demonstrate organizational skills, analysis, attention to detail, problem solving, customer service, multitasking.
- Knowledge in handling Office Tools, as well as SAP ERP and other tools like Esker, Ariba, Concur, etc.
