**Position Overview**:
To ensure the factory's internal quality performance by maintaining process stability, improving production capacity, and preventing defects through systematic problem-solving and continuous improvement.

**Responsibilities**:

- Report supplier quality issues to IQC/SQE
- Develop sorting and rework methods based on production needs to maintain quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support warranty and online quality improvements.
- Report key quality issues to management so that further action can be taken.
- Lead **process reviews**and **control plan updates**to ensure robust process control and effective risk mitigation.
- Monitor **SPC trends to detect process changes and verify the**timely and effective implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Actively participate in Quality, Reliability, and Quality **Control (QRQC) meetings, drive root cause analysis**related to processes, and ensure the resolution of quality issues.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of work experience in quality engineering or manufacturing process quality (automotive industry preferred).
- Understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control methods, and inspection techniques.
- Proficient in PFMEA, control plans, SPC, MSA, and APQP/PPAP requirements.
- Familiar with IATF 16949 and customer-specific requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and production management software.
- **Proficiency in Spanish and English languages (written and verbal)**:

- **Availability to rotate shifts and work overtime.**
