**Key Account Manager -Cloud**
En este rol, tendrás la oportunidad de:
Liderar las acciones comerciales y relacionamiento directo con los clientes principales de la unidad de negocio, dando seguimiento, gestionando y asesorando al cliente para garantizar el crecimiento comercial de la unidad, en base a la marcas y productos de la unidad de negocio de Cloud, garantizando el flujo de ventas y la apertura de un canal de comunicación tanto con cliente interno como externo.
**Tu principal misión será**:
Seguimiento y comunicación con clientes para lanzamientos, eventos y actividades comerciales.
Generar las ventas para el alcance de la meta comercial.
Brindar asesoría y soluciones oportunas a los clientes.
Desarrollar ideas estratégicas y traducirlas en programas y negocios Cloud exitosos.
Dar guía a los clientes sobre los productos según pautas establecidas.
Mantener buenas relaciones con el cliente interno y externo.
Seguimiento, control y análisis de reportes de gestión e indicadores.
Cumplimiento de ventas en base a forecast de ventas
Gestión de flujos y proceso de comunicación interdisciplinaria
**Requisitos para el rol**:
Licenciatura en administración de empresas, ingeniería industrial o a fín.
Experiência comercializando con clientes B2B y cliente corporativo.
Manejo de cartera, fidelización de clientes y apertura de nueva cartera.
3 años de experiência como business developer, partner developer.
3 años de experiência en venta de proyectos de tecnología.
Conocimiento de la línea de productos de Microsoft para su venta (Office empresarial)
2 años de experiência en ventas de proyectos de nube.
Dominio de excel intermedio
