**We are looking for a Customer Service Professional to join our growing team.**

**As a Customer Service Professional, your role will contribute to the success of the business by providing utmost customer support and experience to our tenants, and potential tenants.**
- You will be the primary point of contact for our tenants and prospective tenants
- You will provide virtual support on various items including maintenance and emergency requests
- Answer Leasing Line calls and Mainline calls
100% Work from Home

Qualifications:

- Excellent interpersonal communication and strong writing skills
- Motivated and willing to train and learn new skills
- Willing to work on night shift or weekends
- Fast and reliable internet connection
- Technical Requirements: 8GB RAM, at least i3 or equivalent, Windows/MAC OS

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Permanent

Pay: $80.00 - $100.00 per hour
