"CXP" "Cuentas por Pagar" "Accounts Payable" "Shared Service" A multinational company with more than 20 years of experience in health sector and global presence is looking for: Accounts Payable Manager Your new role - Lead P2P process operation, ensuring service quality according to standards defined in SLAs and operation efficiency. - Lead P2P team assigning responsibilities and objectives to the staff making optimal use of technical and human resources. - Monitor performance of assigned work team(s) against AP performance/quality standards defined in relevant service level agreements, taking appropriate corrective action where required. - Lead and coordinate the accounts payable analysis and registration process as well as revision of information issued, in order to guarantee compliance with the accounting, legal and tax parameters required. - Evaluate that necessary analysis, interpretations and reconciliations are performed to verify the reasonableness of accounting values related to AP process. - Monitor the quality and opportunity in the execution of administrative activities that impact the performance of financial closing in accordance with corporate guidelines. - Ensure proper registration and updating of information regarding vendors, ensuring data integrity for compliance with payment policy and other processes. - Assess service and provision of pertinent and accurate information to suppliers of the company, service for internal/external audit needs and control compliance with risks and controls that applies. - Provide support and advice to Directors, Auditors, operational and administrative areas, and dependencies that require the Accounts Payable process for the development of the administrative activities of financial impact. - Contribute, as required, to the maintenance and updating of AP processes and procedures. What you will need to succeed - Minimum 5 or more years’ experience of supervising staff within Accounts Payable process, or other core financial process, within complex, large volume environment - Very good knowledge of SAP module FI-MM. - Hight level of change, negotiation and conflict management skills - Excellent understanding of, and experience in, Accounts Payable Finance processes and process improvement. - Extensive experience of working in a Shared Services Center, within complex, large volume environment, creation of desktop procedures, work shadowing, etc. - Proficiency in English What the company can offer - Be part of an international company where you can learn and develop in a new shared service center. 1031215
