The Ops Sup Sr. Supervisor is an intermediate management level position responsible for providing full leadership and direction to a team of employees in an effort to provide operations support services in coordination with the Operations - Core team. The overall objective of this role is to ensure the seamless delivery of operations support services in alignment with Citi operations support infrastructure and processes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and mentor a small Operation Support team (typically up to 10) through delegating daily tasks and responsibilities as well as recommending new work procedures to help streamline operations
- Conduct training, monitor quality and quantity of team work and provide feedback on performance, including making recommendations on pay increases, promotions, terminations, etc.
- Analyze Operations information and make evaluative judgements to solve problems
- Responsible for Identifying and resolving routine problems and operational issues with broader departmental impact within established procedures
- Identify hiring needs to ensure adequate staffing
- Serve as a backup for manager, as needed
- Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
- Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
- Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.
- Ability to manage teams.

**Qualifications**:

- 2-5 years of related business experience including at least one-year supervisory experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Proactive leadership and motivational skills
- Proven organization and time management skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience

**Experiência requerida**

Al menos 3 años de experiência en documentación de procesos y convenios.
**Ingles nível alto Intermedio.**
Experiência en manejo de clientes internos y externos.
Conocimiento en Lean - six sigma.
Conocimientos y experiência en documentación de ICSA's y SLMD's.
Generación de Business Cases.
Conocimientos y experiência en Control (MCA, ARCM, Issues).
Participación en gestión de Issues en áreas operativas.
Gestión de plan de trabajo.

**Objetivo del Puesto**

Seguimiento y ejecución en la documentación de procesos, ICSA's y SLMD's, Issues del área.

Funciones principales del Puesto
- Seguimiento puntual a la documentación de procesos de todas las áreas de la Dirección.
- Participar en las sesiones de definición de Issues para asegurar que se cumplan los requisitos de los mismos.
- Convocar a sesiones de seguimiento con los diferentes grupos de trabajo para dar cumplimiento al plan.
- Identificar y escalar problemas e inconsistencias en la información reportada, así como el incumplimiento en actividades para cerrar los issues asignados.
- Establecer un diálogo con los responsables de los procesos respecto a su estatus, avances, riesgos y problemas.
- Escalar situaciones operativas que impidan la ejecución en tiempo de las actividades.
- Identificar riesgos y problemas, escalar y dar seguimiento a la ejecución de acciones de mitigación.
- Validar la documentación de ICSA's y SLMD's de la Dirección de acuerdo a los estándares y lineamientos establecidos.
- Planeación táctica, ejecución y entrega de Instrucciones de trabajo que involucran cambios en estrategia, tecnología, gente y los procesos operativos.
- Participación en cambios documentales en implantación de mejoras, así como administrar la documentación de instrucciones de trabajo, ICSA's y SLMD's, Share oint.Ejecutar testeos y entrega de cédulas al área de control, así como la gestión de cambios de ARCM en procesos documentales.

Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita para la creación y presentación de documentos de trabajo y entregables.
