Sales and Customer Operations Specialist

_**Nepanoa has partnered with our client in the search for a Sales and Customer Operations Specialist.**_
**Responsibilities**:
- Product price calculations and freight cost determination
- Quotation preparation for products, equipment and technical services
- Handling of customer inquiries like Sending of offers, SDS, product information etc
- Interface to Sales team, PM and LTM
- New customer registration/ Vendor Registration and maintenance of the existing one in SBO.
- Sending RFQ/PO request to Purchase team and follow-up with purchase team to get the price and product delivered on time.
- Request to Sales team for the quarterly sales forecast and send it to Operations team, get updates from purchase/operations team on the product readiness/delivery details.
- SBO entries as: Intercompany Sales Orders, AR Invoice and CN; External Customers Sales Orders, AR Invoice; Update customers price list in the system; Preparing Customer Invoice, as applicable; Passing Customer Debit note/ Credit note (if required).
- Support Sales team for Payment and Overdues follow up.
- Support finance for Invoice Reconciliation.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Minimum 5 years of experience.
- Hands-on experience with Business Central or SAP-SD and MS Office tools.
