DiDi strives to create better life experiences and greater social value, by building a safe, inclusive and sustainable transportation and local services ecosystem for cities of the future.LI-HybridTeam Overview:- Identify opportunities to streamline sales processes and improve operational efficiency.- Implement and document best practices in sales operations and reporting looking for opportunities for workflow automation in daily operations.- Collaborate with sales teams to understand their needs and provide analytical support.- Lead campaigns implementations working hand by hand with Sales, Product and Business Intelligence teams to ensure well done configuration and impeccable execution.- Monitor campaign performance, identify issues, and implement optimizations as needed.- Keep track of project timelines and deliverables, ensuring alignment with sales deadlines and campaign launching dates.- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital advertising and trafficking.Role Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Communications or Advertising.- 4+ years of experience in sales operations, trafficker, analytics, or a similar role, in a digital media agency or digital vendor.- Excellent communication and project management skills- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.EEO Statement:- We create customer value - We strive to always create valuable experiences for our users in everything we do.
