Founded in 1993, Shampu Lighting is a group enterprise that specializes in research and development, manufacturing, and sales of lighting products. Currently, we have subsidiaries in Jiaxing and Lishui, Zhejiang, and Los Angeles, USA, and a Japanese subsidiary under construction
ACTIVITIES:
1. Responsible for participating in the development of the new product CDP stage, organizing and carrying out evaluations related to new product manufacturing, and formulating advanced manufacturing models and strategies suitable for product characteristics. And solve the manufacturing and technical problems of new products
2. Responsible for the optimization and improvement of the mass production stage of new products, organize and carry out various special manufacturing improvement activities, improve the manufacturing efficiency and quality of new products, and reduce manufacturing costs Solve the manufacturing and technical problems of new materials, new equipment, and new processes, and organize a team to implement improvements.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
1. Science and engineering background;
2. More than 3 years experience in new product introduction projects
3. FMEA analysis ability
Workplace: Ciénega de Flores, NL
Monday-Friday: 9:00-18:00
