Ingredion is looking for a passionate and experienced **Total Rewards Manager** to lead our compensation, benefits, and mobility services. Your leadership will ensure the delivery of high-quality Total Rewards services that support our global workforce and business goals.

As a **Total Rewards Manager**, you will oversee compensation and benefits administration, global mobility services, and leave of absence programs. You will lead a team and collaborate with the Total Rewards Center of Excellence (CoE) to implement and manage Total Rewards strategies across the organization.

This role reports to the **Sr. Manager, Human Resources Shared Services**.

**What will you do**:

- Lead and manage the Total Rewards team, ensuring consistent and effective daily operations.
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration, global mobility, and leave of absence programs.
- Collaborate with the Total Rewards CoE to implement strategic initiatives and policy changes.
- Manage escalated inquiries and policy exceptions, ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder communication.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant Total Rewards regulations and internal policies.
- Support reporting and analytics related to Total Rewards programs and regulatory requirements.
- Recommend and support improvements in systems, tools, and processes based on operational insights.

**What you will bring**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in compensation and benefits.
- Advanced English proficiency; Portuguese is a plus.
- 1-2 years of HR experience preferred.
- Familiarity with job evaluation, benefits program design, and Total Rewards tools and processes.
