Site Manager

The Site Manager performs duties as the senior operator and onsite technical supervisor of prime contractor and subcontractor technical experts. The Site Manager is the lead for the site and provides hands-on technical oversight of all required services and projects while leading contracted exercise support personnel in all aspects of their primary duties. The Site Manager oversees day-to-day performance of contracted personnel and coordinates administrative actions between WPC/Detachment 3 and the Contractor for day-to-day operations. In addition, the Site Manager orchestrates Contractor efforts and manages workload of contractor personnel during exercise and training surge operations that require additional manpower and support from the Contractor and its subcontractors. The Site Manager is experienced in all functional areas, such as equipment maintenance, mission operations, and general support activities including, but not limited to, Occupational Health and Safety, Facility Management, and Job Control (JC).

Qualifications:

- 5 years’ experience as site manager or deputy site manager for radar/communications O&M or Base Operations Support programs of ACC/AMIC programs.
- A.A degree with focus on engineering, business or equivalent job-related experience.
- Security Clearance - Active Secret Level Security Clearance
