**Purpose**

This position maintains an inventory of the necessary spare parts in the production lines, defined by Engineering and Maintenance Supervisor, managing the purchase and replacement to maintain maximum and minimum of each spare part. Request quotes from the suppliers established in the SAP system, generate the requisitions and follow up with the Purchasing department for the correspondence of what is requested against what is quoted until its physical delivery in the warehouse. Organizes and maintains the spare parts warehouse, assigning physical locations for each spare part according to an order established by the Maintenance Supervisor, maintains the correspondence of the spare parts against their assigned location. Generate reports on consumption and costs of spare parts and inventory.

**Bachelor´s Degree**: High School

**Essential Responsibilities**
- Register spare parts in SAP system
- Link each spare part to its corresponding asset in SAP (Bill Of Materials)
- Request quotes from spare parts suppliers and follow up so that the parts quoted are the correct ones or equivalent substitutes.
- Manage the registration of suppliers in the SAP system with the support of Purchasing.
- Make requisitions in SAP to request spare parts
- Follow up until delivery and receipt in warehouse
- Assign locations in order for each asset
- Assign maximums and minimums for each spare part and manage the supply.
- Manage the inputs and outputs of the spare parts warehouse and record them in the SAP system.
- Carry out periodic inventories to keep the system up to date.
- Maintain order and organization of the warehouse
- Generate spare parts consumption reports for each piece of equipment.
