A large telecommunications company is seeking its Regional Project Manager.

**Responsibilities**:

- Travel to various cities to oversee the delivery process.
- Prepare and submit daily project delivery and work process reports.
- Plan, organize, and supervise fiber optic (FO) construction on-site, identifying issues and risks while providing solutions.
- Manage delivery challenges and report critical issues promptly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with regional clients.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and clients to address on-site concerns.
- Lead and manage the delivery team to ensure project success.

**Required Skills**:

- Proficiency in English for workplace communication.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.
- Proven experience in fiber optic network construction projects (e.g., overhead FO construction, FO ring construction).
- Expertise in installing and maintaining internal and external FO equipment.
- Familiarity with FO maintenance practices.
- Ability to use tools such as OTDR and power meters effectively.
- Knowledge of assembling and laying FO lines.
- Strong leadership skills to manage and guide a delivery team.
- Capacity to respond quickly to urgent client or project needs.
- Flexibility to work Monday to Saturday and respond to emergencies outside standard hours.

**Professional Experience**:

- 3-8 years in related roles or industries.

**Salary**:

- MXN $30,000 - $60,000.

**Additional Benefits**:

- Travel allowance of $350 MXN per day.

**Location**:

- Opportunities available in Matehuala, Meoqui, Cuauhtémoc, and Delicias.
