- WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
- Identify, develop, and implement effective recruiting strategies for filling roles while advising and influencing hiring partners on talent availability and position attractiveness in the market
- Identify and build pro-active relationships to develop talent pipelines for critical roles
- Promote diversity and inclusion throughout the process, and maintain compliance with applicable employment laws
- Promote the nVent brand to build and maintain the reputation as a destination of choice for top technical talent
- Support Recruiting and Human Resources driven priorities, as assigned
- YOU HAVE:
- Academic background in business, human resources or related field preferred
- 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience
- Verbal and written fluency in English is required
- Ability to influence a variety of stakeholders while driving business results
- Strong communication, organization and negotiation skills
- Ability to prioritize effectively within a fast paced, change oriented environment
