As a Talent Acquisition Assistant, you will be responsible to support the TA Supervisor activities of Attract, identify, recruit, and integrate talent into the company according to the needs and characteristics required.

In this role, you will be an strategic partner supporting developing retention strategies & assessing constantly our selections process for continuous improvement as well as optimizing, enhancing, and improving TA systems and tools, workflows, and processes to increase de departments efficiency and productivity.
