**Responsabilidades**:
**Key Duties & Responsibilities**
- To work closely to the business (Sales, Procurement, Supply chain, Marketing and Product Management) in new business pursuit and associated contract strategy.
- To provide creative, yet clear and practical legal expertise and guidance on matters specific to the contracts that the business requires.
- To draft, review and negotiate standard and no-standard documentation, including high-value contracts, mainly in Spanish as it is the governing language according to local law and of course able to translate them to English for informative purposes within the company.
- To ensure compliance with appropriate laws, regulations, and corporate policies and business unit procedure.
- To ensure that the risks of the company are kept to the lowest reasonable level.
- To assists in identification, development and implementation of new contract policy and processes.
- To liaise and coordinate with external lawyers.
- To have a deep understanding of the business.

Competencias:
**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
- 2-4 years of relevant working experience, gained in an international and dynamic environment, preferably with a transnational company background
- Medium to high proven experience with general contract law, especially commercial (domestic and international) contracts.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to deal confidently and effectively at all levels of the business and within the variety of cultures. Creative mindset and have the ability to translate commercial ideas into sound legal frameworks and documents.
- Fluent in English.
