**Responsabilidades**:
We are seeking a results-driven **Operation Manager** to join our team and report directly to the Plant Manager. This role involves leading and managing a multi-functional team across safety, quality, engineering, and cost performance for Spectra-strip product lines. The Operation Manager will be accountable for meeting and improving the business P&L while driving a culture of continuous improvement throughout the operation.
- Partner with Materials, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to set production center goals and objectives that align with customer and business unit targets.
- Direct responsibility for the efficient operations of the Spectra-strip production line.
- Accountable for the business P&L, ensuring financial margins are met and improved.
- Determine and implement world-class quality control mindsets and standards.
- Facilitate effective and actionable Gemba walks, utilizing KPIs to meet performance objectives and drive continuous improvement.
- Provide leadership to junior staff, including establishing objectives, setting goals, and managing accountability for deliverables.
- Manage production operation expenses and budgets for the production center, including direct and indirect manufacturing costs and capital expenses.
- Coordinate New Product Introduction (NPI) activities to ensure new products meet quality and productivity standards, utilizing a technical review process for product release.
- Ensure that health and safety regulations are met.

**Requisitos**:

- Engineering Degree
- 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Focused on results and cost reduction
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication abilities
