Amphenol is one of the world’s largest providers of high-technology interconnect, sensor, and antenna solutions, leading the market in IT and datacom with innovative high-speed, power, and fiber optic technologies.

The Operations Manager will report to the Plant Manager and lead a multi-functional team to ensure safety, quality, delivery, cost control, and continuous improvement for Cable Backplanes. This role is vital for

optimizing P&L and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the Operations management team, including Production and Maintenance.
- Ensure safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance meet targets.
- Drive improvements in productivity, efficiency, and waste elimination.
- Monitor supply chain processes from raw materials to shipping.
- Collaborate with Planning and Product Line Management teams.
- Support new product introductions and manage production budgets.
- Conduct Gemba walks and establish performance objectives.

Experiência y requisitos
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Operations or Production Manager.
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Proficient in MS Office and knowledge of MRP/ERP systems.
- Experience with P&L management and Six Sigma Green Belt certification is preferred.
