Overview

Job Title: ITIL System Administrator

Job Type: Full Time

Job Location: Remote

Job Description:
**Responsibilities**:

- Design, implementation and support of the organizations’ IT service management tools and concepts which includes but is not limited to:

- SCSM scripting/management
- create/manage Orchestrator runbooks
- create/manage PowerBI reports
- perform core configuration tasks
- integration and support of Microsoft Active Directory with Configuration Manager
- create workflow activities/automation and approvals
- manage data with tables
- plan and coordinate testing changes, upgrades and new services
- configure alerts and notifications
- control system access and data security
- create baseline performance metrics
- troubleshoot and resolve reported problems
- create and maintain system documentation
- daily monitor and maintenance activities

**Qualifications**:

- Experience with Microsoft System Center Service Manager, Configuration Manager and Orchestrator
- Experience with Cireson Suite of Applications
- Experience with LiveHelp Now
- Experience with IT service management concepts and frameworks such as ITIL
- Experience with creating/managing PowerBI Tools
- Proficient in process automation
- Ability to learn new content areas and new skills quickly
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and takes initiative
- Ability to multitask to accommodate changing business needs and priorities
- Ability to investigate and look for improvement opportunities and options
- Excellent verbal, written communication and negotiations kills
- Strong analytical, judgement and decision-making skills

**Education**:

- Some College - AAS or better, Bachelors degree in Information Systems related field preferred
- 5+ Years Experience working with an integrated platform for automating IT service management best practices
