**EMPRESA MAQUILADORA IMPORTANTE_** **Solicita**:Production Control & Logistic Manager** **Descripción y Requisitos** RESPONSABILITIES: - Define strategies for the procurement of purchased material under the objective "Correct part with the correct quantity“ - Manage and ensure the proper functioning of supply chain logistics. - Responsible for ensuring inventory receiving, production and shipping transactions are recorded accurately and timely, in accordance with standard operating procedures - Management of strategies for the development and implementation of standard operating procedures for inventory cycle counting and physical counts. - Manage cover, component and raw materials procurement for the company, including inventory, cost management, purchasing, supplier negotiations, and supplier performance management. - Work with cross functional teams (Production, Engineering, Controlling) to ensure orders ship "on time" and to specification through the programs established for each supplier. - To lead the team toward the achievement of company goals. - Establish goals and provide direction to the team. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: - Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, marketing or business administration. - A minimum of 5 years' experience in progressively responsible materials, procurement, sourcing or supply chain role. - Ability to manage projects and establish clear goals and accountabilities to ensure successful delivery (on time, within budget, meeting agreed upon success criteria. - Strong analytical, negotiation and communication (verbal and written) skills. - Ability to communicate in written and verbal form, effectively and efficiently, in both Spanish and English. - Results oriented, proactive, independent.
