**Production Management Control Manager**

**Main responsibilities**:

- Coordinates business unit activities in processing materials or manufacturing products meeting customer requirements.
- Assists VP of Operation in the development and attainment of the business plan through setting business unit goals and strategies in line with corporate strategies.
- Responsible to manage the activities of the production area to achieve the goals of safety, quality, productivity, cost, delivery, environmental and personnel.
- Ensures that the company policies, procedures and objectives are implemented, respected, maintained and properly documented on the production floor.
- Ensures adequate and on time support from service departments to the manufacturing floor, so that production quality, quantity and timing, is not compromised. Reports to VP of Operation the information relative to the indicators critical to the performance of the business unit.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor in Business Administration, Industrial Management or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in the automotive industry, in the manufacturing/engineering field and a proven record of successful supervisory and strong leadership experience in a manufacturing or related environment.
- Bilingual English
- Spanish.
- Training in Applications of TQM/Continuous Improvement in manufacturing processes.
- Management skills (project management, management, managing supervisors) recommended.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Direct interaction with OEM customers.
- Negotiation skills with customers.
- Strong leadership to successfully lead own manufacturing personnel, as well as diverse teams towards company goals.
- Experience as tier 1 preferred.
